No. Maintenance has no minimum term and you can cancel any month.
How will I know what was done?
You get a monthly report. In the meantime, your site or app is updated, backed up and monitored.
Are support hours included?
Essential covers updates and backups. Pro adds 2 h of support, Premium 5 h with monitoring and priority.
How fast do you respond when something goes wrong?
Within 72 h on Essential, 24 h on Pro and 4 business hours on Premium.
